What Causes Swollen And Painful Vagina After Having Normal Delivery?

hi i had my little boy 15 days ago, it was a normal vaginal delivery however i had a 2nd deg tear. i am still extremely sore the pain increases when i walk and and im also VERY swollen. I'm still wearing sanitary towels due to bleeding which is also causing some discomfort. i noticed 2 days ago my stitches began to fall out and i have just been to the toilet and more have come out. is this normal and should i still be in this much pain 2 weeks after? thank you
