What Causes Swollen And Purple Clitoris After Having Sex?

I had sex about 6 days ago he was very large in size , probably the biggest I ever had. It didn t hurt when the sex was occurring until our 5th round that night. I noticed my clitoris was sensitive to the touch. I m used to that. But a day or two later I noticed discomfort in my clit area. I started to touch it and it didn t feel like it normally did. On one side it felt curvier and swollen. I looked at it and one side of it is purple swollen. I iced it and the next day felt it and it hurt like crazy . It hurts alot now without even being touched . Its also a little itchy now and my perineum hurts too . Help ??
