What Causes Swollen And Tender Breasts Along With Frequent Urination During Pregnancy?

I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and my only symptom is frequent urination. My breast felt very tender, and full and had increased in size. They were like that for a little over a week and all of a sudden they went back to normal and I still have not experienced any morning sickness. Should I be worried??
