What Causes Swollen And Tender Breasts During Menstruation?

I was treated for clamidia about a year ago. I also had gotten a pap smear again after the treatment and it was normal. I also was treated twice for genital warts which i had removed by the freezing technique about six months ago. My question is that I am now late four days on my period my breasts are tender and swollen I am constipated and I am experiencing slight nausea and pain in my stomach nopt cramps. Could I be pregnant even with my history of the stds?
