What Causes Swollen Ankle And Calf Area Along With Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Hi I recently went to my doctor because my left ankle and calf was swollen significantly. Also, my liver enzymes were very high. What could be causing this? I haven t felt well: exhaustion, insomnia, abdominal pain and nausea and vomiting intermittently. My lower back hurts as well.
