What Causes Swollen Bloodstream In Penis Skin?

Hi, i saw my bloodstream in my penis skin is in red color and one of the bloodstream is getting bigger these few days...i don't feel pain when i pee...i just feel pain when i press that bloodstream...that bloodstream is like swollen...is it serious? by the way...i'm still virgin...
