What Causes Swollen Calf After Getting Cured Of Cellulitis?

My husband has had cellulitis for the last few months although it's cured other than leaving the skin red . We've just noticed his calf is swollen up and feels tired since he was diagnosed and also gets out of breath when walking is this anything to worry about xx
