What Causes Swollen Eyelids And Dark Shadow On Corners Of Eyes Post Cataract Surgery?

I had cataract surgery on February 5 & 19. I have some puffing ess or swelling on my eyelids and a dark shadow on the outer corners of both eyes. Recently I have noticed tenderness on the upper part of my eyelids and when I touch them I feel a sense of pressure. Should I be concerned? I take montelukast for allergies year round.
