What Causes Swollen Eyes And Lips Along With Rash On Face?

I have Ichthyosis. I woke this morning to swollen eyes, lips, and a rash on my face. My lips are kind of chapped underneath and are seeping out a watery liquid, along with my eyes doing the same. I was hospitalized for almost the same symptoms 3 months ago being a viral infection. I was curious to if you thought I should go back to the hospital? Could it be the same thing or something different?
