What Causes Swollen Foot While Having Elevated AST And Triglycerides Level?

Good day Doctor. My sister had a blood test just recently and they found out that her AST level is higher than normal and her triglycerides is high too. Her foot are swelling and we don t know why it happen that s why we made the blood test. Please help.
