What Causes Swollen Gland In Neck Along With Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have a lump in middle of my neck which is to the right a bit but it is affecting my swallowing I can constantly feel it in my throat, also my gland is always enlarged on my right side despite no infection and anti biotics, it has been like this about 3 months now
