What Causes Swollen Glands In Neck And Throat Pain?

i have swollen glands on my neck and under chin and my throat hurts when I swallow. its only affecting the right side and also my tonsil is very red and there are prominent red veins around the area of my tonsil. to make it worse there is 2 blisters in my mouth. one under my tounge and one on my gum. also a few weeks ago I had an infection of the saliva glands and my cheeks were swollen and I feel like I still have puffiness on the right cheek inside. ive been take brufen for the pain and also cold and flue capsules as I feel congested witch is giving me terrible headaches. do I need to see a doctor or is this something hat will clear up itself. thankyou
