What Causes Swollen Glands Inspite Of Being On Antibiotics For Bronchitis?

I am recovering from bronchitis after taking 5 days of antibiotics. The last day pill was Tuesday. Yesterday (2 days later) I started experiencing pain from a swollen gland (no sore throat). It is swollen underneath my jaw on the right side. Does this mean I still have an infection and the gland is fighting it? And also would you happen to know which gland it is. It's not the throat which is where I would usually get swollen glands (many years ago) when I had a cold. Thank you.
