What Causes Swollen Hair Follicles From Knee To Legs?

Hi, I woke up this morning and noticed that the hair follicles from the knee down on both legs are swollen. There's no itching, redness nor is it painful. I haven't shaved or waxed recently and haven't used any fancy moisturizers. The most recent changes have been taking evening primrose oil 500 mg and Vitamin E 400 iu. I am currently taking 2.5 mils of norvasc. I'm 5'9, 145lbs and runner. Can you help?
