What Causes Swollen Labia Minora After Having Depo Shot?

Hi. So I am a teenage female. I am sexually active and I recently got the depo birth control shot. But suddenly I don t know if I m getting a bad reaction or something else. My labia minora is super swollen. Its red and hurts so badly. It burns to use the bathroom and hurts to shower/ clean. It hurts to touch honestly. It s uncomfortable to walk even. Ive made an appointment but the soonest I can get in is tomorrow. Before this happened I was having trouble during intercourse, the pain was so much that we stopped. We don t use lube and that might ve been part of the problem but we ve never had too. Also I ve only ever been with one sexual partner. I m in so much pain and I m scared. I ve never had anything like this happen to me before.
