What Causes Swollen Lips And Tongue Along With Dry Skin In Scrotum?

Hi I am Gali, 48 year old male, need advice on my swollen lips and tongue which is now 3 days. Pus coming out of crusted lips. Very painful and could barely eat anything.Chapping of lips happened after accidentally rubbed Garnier Light Complete Foam onto lips when rinsing.Took Cefuroxime Axetil 500mg for 1 day and changed to Clarythromicin 500 (OD) just last night because it seems the Cefuroxime is aggravating the condition.Similar chapping is also present in the genitalia area..specifically, the scrotum. Happened before and it took almost 2 weeks to completely heal.Also, just recovering from gout attack.Any advice to shorten agony will be much appreciated.Thanks.
