What Causes Swollen Lumps On Throat?

I ve had these swollen lumps on my throat for months was refered to ENT but they found nothing. Today it seems a lot worse. I find it painful to talk. I can t move my head side words as its to painful and getting bad headache. It s really scaring me. I just want the pain to go.
