What Causes Swollen Lymph Node Between Inner Thigh And Outer Labia?

I'm having troubles with a swollen lymph node in my groin area, right between my inner right thigh and my outer labia. I noticed the swelling first when I was about 9 weeks pregnant. However, I am no longer pregnant and this is my second menstrual cycle since the loss of the pregnancy and the swelling is back.
