What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Middle Of Neck Under Ear?

hi ... my son is 15 and he had a swollen lymph node removed in january of this year it was in the middle of his neck at front it tested benighn but he has now got another 1 middle off neck under his ear and i,m worried as to wat is causing them thanks .
