What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Shoulder And Rashes On Body?

I have had a swollen lymph node in my shoulder for about three weeks, I also have had a rash come and go all over my body. I went to the doctor and he said that he has no idea what it is, but if it gets bigger than come back. Do you have any idea of what it might be?
