What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In The Groin?

Please I had unsafe sex and after a week it had a swollen lymph node in the groin, some lumps around my genital and a tingling sensation around the cap of my dick, my ass is also itchy. I have been on augumentin 1mg and went to the doctors to do a retroviral test, result out in Monday. I was wonderingly at this could be? Thanks
