What Causes Swollen Lymph Node On Right Side Of Neck?

Hi doc My Husband is having an lymph node at the right back side of his neck near to the shoulder bone we are in a confusion that whether it is a lymph node or what there are no symptoms related to lymph node like fever pain etc how to confirm it please help us
