What Causes Swollen Lymph Node,dizziness And Sore Throat?

Hi doctor,I currently have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck for about 2 months. In last 2 weeks it has at least doubled in size. The are is not tender and my cbc came back normal. (Cbc was done yesterday) today I have been very dizzy and almost feel like I'm going to pass out every time I turn my head too fas or up walking. I'm 33 and have not recently been sick or sore throat or anything I can think it would stem from. I was alone running a low grade fever when at dr office yesterday and had about a 7 lb weight gain. Any thoughts?
