What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes Along With High Heart Rate?

hi, i have had a weired sickness the last 2 weeks. My glans are all swolen and my heart rate aswell as blood presure is sky high. I also get dizzy attacks. BUt my glans are the buggest problem being very saw and swolen making it dificult to sleep. I have gone through a round of antibiotics but it did not resolve the isueat all
