What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes And Adam S Apple?

My Adams apple and lymph nodes are swollen, I ve been to the hospital and had a ct showing nothing, and didn t do anything about it they however do agree that they are indeed swollen, is there any other causes for this that the hospital would not have been able to figure out.
