What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In Armpits And Groin Area?

For a while now I ve been having swellings (boil-like) in my armpits and groin areas. My skin in within the surrounding areas are very red. I m assuming it s because there s constant moisture on are near the swellings that s causing my skin to be inflamed. There some drainage from these swelling sight but not exactly pus-blood type you d get from boils. This drainage is foul smelling and thin. Many years ago I had suffered from a Pilondial Cyst that had a track which remained open for several years even after several surgery attempts. Luckily, it eventually closed and healed. But the drainage from the swellings and ulcer-type in both my armpits and groin is roughly about the same as the Pilondials. Though I have seen a dr for it (because of embarrassment), but I have been keeping the area clean and dry to the best of my abilities, cleaning with either saline water or peroxide with a gauze, etc. It s just doesn t seem to heal no what my best efforts is.
