What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

I am a 25 year old female. I have a lymph node in the left side of my neck that has been pea sized for over 6 months. I got it checked out by my doctor and he told me it was nothing to worry about. I feel like I have an ear ache, painful tonsil, and sore jaw started on left side. Now it seems to be happening on the right side as well, just not as painful.I went to the doctor and my ears and tonsils checked out fine. I went to the dentist as well and my teeth checked out fine. I have been taking antibiotics for 5 days and still no sign of relief. Where should I go from here?
