What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hi doc In my child age(7 year old) i had done a mistake.that i insert a penis of a boy in my mouth for several seconds. As he was a child i dont think that he have cum or precum.After 11 year from that incident i feel swollen lymph nodes and many other symptoms of hiv. Idont these symptoms are due to my woory about hiv...plllllssss helppppp meee...
