What Causes Swollen, Painful And Discoloured Feet?

Granddaughter is 16. Has had anexity for years, really bad lately. Not in meds because her parents have been trying to avoid. Currently at hospital because last few days saw Bruising on shins but they went away. Then this morning right hand swells badly then went away. Now both feet are swollen discolored & painful. Could this be angioedema?
