What Causes Swollen Painful Spot On Head Along With Hot Flashes?

fell and had a brain bleed summer before last. In the last few months the spot on my head that hit the tile has been painful it hurts when touched and my hair in that area seems to look fried . I also have been having hot flashes during this time. Do not know if that is related. My scalp is very painful to the touch. and when I don't touch it, it feels swollen but no detected swelling is on the outside of the scalp. Can you help me?
