What Causes Swollen Patches On Legs, Knees And Buttocks?

Ive been swelling up in my feet. And getting these wierd swollen patches on my legs my knees on my shoulder on my butt. But i dont have insurance to see a doctor. I have a few pictures of what, it looks like,My feet and tongues been swelling since i was in middle school. Now other things is to. And i seen a doctor a couple years ago. And they thought it was just allergies. Buut i go days w/o eating to see what it is. And it still happens. And now its getting worse. And the emergency room ppl tell me the same thing. There not sure.
