What Causes Swollen Pimple Like Bumps In Genital Area?

I am 16 years of age and one of my flaps is swollen. It is swollen because i have 2 bumps that look like pimples but they have no white head. What are they? It is very painful. It hurts to touch. Also when i push down on the right side below and next to my hipbone it is sore, kinda like a bruise, inside? HELP
