What Causes Swollen Testicle Along With Blood In Semen?

Hello, I recently had an ejaculation and seen blood in my semen, I had also had a hard time urinating the normal amount of urine since that ejaculation, but have been getting a strong urge to urinate every 45 minutes or so sometimes longer, so I waited a few days and tried ejaculating again to see if the symptoms were any better. I had the same results with the blood mixed with the semen and my left testicle swelling with pain.
