What Causes Swollen Testicles?

I was diagnosed with TINU my nephrologist prescribed 40 mg of predisone. After taking medication for a little over 2 months I am beginning to notice my testicles Become swollen. I called my nephrologist who said for me to cut down in salt. Any thoughts?
