What Causes Swollen Throat And Ache In Neck/shoulders?

Hi, I have a swollen throat with no pain. When I sleep at night it is much worse and I wake up feeling like I am choking. My lower jaw also feels strange (no pain) but just can't seem to relax it in bed. Also have bad ache in my neck and across my shoulders. If I take some Beconase I think the swelling goes down a bit.
