What Causes Swollen Throat And Painful Epiglottis?

Hey there, The top half of my throat feels very swollen! Just at the base of my throat; it feels like it is closing up and there is pain in the epiglottis! I feel like I m not getting enough breaths in also! I can also feel muscles in the top half of my throat which move! Also feels like there is a lump feeling! What would you advise?
