What Causes Swollen Tonsil After Non Penetrative Sex?

i have swollen tonsil on the right side and hurts a bit to swallow when i look at the mirror i saw 2 red bumps and 5 white spots grown on the tonsil itself the pain just occur two days from now is there a possibility that it came from oral sex,or was it because of some other problem on my health?
