What Causes Swollen Tonsils And Red Spots On Roof Of Mouth?

My tonsils have been really swollen for 2 weeks already,I ve had 2 fevered this week but my throat has now gotten better,it doesn t hurt when I swallow now but I e noticed that the top of my roof is now yellowish with red spot and it s now appeared closer to the center of my mouth (the roof)
