What Causes Swollen Vagina While UPT Is Negative?

Hi im a female 21 years old. I have had soft swelling from the bottom of my virgina for two days now, but iv resently been ill with the cold and a really bad throat infection, i suffer with my tonsils alot and am due for them to come out next month. Iv been ill over the past week and have been taking flu tabs, antibotics, asprin and alot of vitimamins etc to try and get better. im also producing alot of white discharge, no smell. Theres no pain when going to the tiolet but only a slight discomfort after whiping. I took a pregncey test only because of slight worryness and resulted negative. Do you have any idea what i might have?
