What Causes Swollen Vagina, White Stringy Vaginal Discharge And Burning Urination?

Swollen Vagina, Fishy smell, Burning when I pee, white string stuff comes out (also burns), what is this? I'm very worried! It's been 4 days now, I am sexually active and had sex 4 days ago, with the same person but before when i had sex with this person this never happened.. Enough information? Please help..
