What Causes Swollen Vaginal Lips And Discharge After Sex?

after having sex 3 days ago i had swollen vagina lips and a watery discharge and my period is due but i have not seen it in the mornings the discharge look as if my period is about to start but then nothing else for the day and the same thing the next morning...please advise
