What Causes Swollen Veins In Arms And Legs Post Smoking Cocaine?

After the last few times my sister has smoked crack cocaine she has been noticing swelling in her veins with some pressure associated with the vein. Could this swelling be caused by a blood clot? The veins that swell are located all over her body on her wrist, arm and leg.
