What Causes Swollen,sore And Red Bump On The Right Hand Scar?

My C section where the stitches were is sore and made a raised red bump approximately where my pants's button pressed against it , it never hurt and its not as if the pants are tight at all, its sore and swollen exactly on my right hand scar. Its been 3 years since my C section?
