What Causes Symptoms Of Hyper Or Hypothyroidism While Blood Report Are Normal?

HI, Can there still be symptoms of hyper or hypothyroidism even if the blood work comes back ok,? but there are nodules on both sides and an enlarged thyroid, I have to have it , the whole thyroid removed. I have symptoms of both , hyper and hypo............ Never Freakin mind, didn;t say anything about having to pay for an ANSWER! Soo KMA!
