What Causes Symptoms Of Pregnancy But Negative Test Result?

i have had my tubes tied for 6 years. missed my period in april with a postive test result 5 weeks later went to the doc only to find a negative test result. i have a growing abd. with all sypmtoms of your first trimester. now this month i am five days late? so what do i do?
