What Causes Symptoms Of Pregnancy With Negative Results For Pregnancy Test?

i have twelve symptoms of being pregnant including a missed period i have three hpt and they have all came back negative. Tonight i went into the er for a different problem and the doctor did a blood test that came back negative as well. my lmp was 11/19/14 i have missed my period this month. with my son i didnt find out i was pregnant till i was almost 3 months along is it possible that the same thing is happening this time around?
