What Causes Tailbone Pain After Miscarriage?

I have tailbone pain after my miscarriage I was given 5 doses of misopostol and tissue came out but i was discharged incomplete miscarriage, now almost a month and i repeated my ultrasound still there are remnants and i still have my lower back pain.
