What Causes Tear In Fallopian Tube Leading To Internal Bleeding?

I was in a car accident and had lower prlvic pain along with pain in my chest. I was told the lower pain was caused by the seat belt..later I began to get very tired and slugish, at times I was even dizzy. There was no signs of bleeding,,,I went to get up one night and passed out when I woke up I started vomiting and my fiance' at the time took me to the ER where the doctor told me I more than likely had a cyst rupture and that they would just monitor me..time passed and I started having tightness in my chest and difficulty breathing. They sent me for a scan that reveled that the cyst tore the fallopian tube and I was bleeding internally. They rushed me into surgery. I know that I was hurting at the time of the accident and I also know that trauma can cause a rupture ..could this have been caused by the accident?
