What Causes Tearing Of Foreskin During Sex?

i am 36 years old, married & i have an uncircumsized pennis. recently, during intercourse my foreskin broke while taking her on. there was a lot of bleeding and i was very scared. i am having a doubt that my pennis is not normal and it unable to take the pressure of a tight vagina. please help
