What Causes Temple Pulsating Pain With Headaches?

Hi. I have been having pulsating pain in my left temple for about 2 weeks now. However, I do have TMJ problems but I am worried if it is a sign of a brain tumor . Do you think it is just TMJ headaches or something more serious? it always comes in my left temple.
